Kodachadri Hidumame Falls and Nittur Hanging Bridge

Hidlumane falls is located within the Mookambika reserve forest at the foot of Kodachadri Hill. Hidlumane falls is made up of six cascading waterfalls, each dropping 40-60 feeet .


We started from Udupi at 6 am. After breakfast at Hotel Latha in Kota we reached our destination at 9.45 am.




After a small trek of 1 kms we reached forest office at 10.30 am

After Lunch we headed to Nittur Hanging Bridge located about 2 kms from Nittur town.
The bridge was built to facilitate the nearby villages. It is built across Sharavathi back waters.
